Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking is included with every order.

• United States: 4–8 business days
• International: 6–12 business days

Free shipping on orders over $65.

Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

For U.S. orders, all applicable import-related charges are handled in advance, so no additional fees are required upon delivery.

For other regions, customs or import duties may apply depending on local regulations.

Because QUOTI pieces are worn close to the body, we keep our return policy simple and considered.

Unworn, unwashed, and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, with original packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
